1-2-1 Singing Coaching

With over 10 years of experience coaching professional Vocalists from Studio Session Artists through to West End Performers and Touring Vocalists, as well as performing myself, I work with you and YOUR unique, individual voice, providing you with a set of tools and an in depth understanding of your instrument.

We work together using a variety of techniques to find what works best for you and allows you to create the sounds you want within singing and performance, safely and reliably.

“I could not be more thrilled with the improvement in my voice since I first began working with Kathy. Our sessions over a few short months have already given me the confidence and ability to perform live as a solo artist, which is something I never thought possible before. Kathy has an inspirational work ethic and is the most professional and knowledgeable person I’ve ever worked with in music. Her passion and enthusiasm is obvious in every lesson, and this always creates a fun, productive atmosphere. She helps me to understand the purpose behind all vocal exercises, and I’m progressing all the time, which is a powerful positive feeling. Kathy is an exceptional teacher!”

Research and Technique

I also work with NLP (Neuro -Linguistic Programming) with clients who experience vocal issues /voice loss/ fatigue / change in tone due to stress/ life events/ anxiety/nerves/underlying emotional issues etc. (Not all vocal issues are directly related to technique!) …

About the sessions

Session take place via Zoom and I advise clients to bring pen and paper/ voice recording device (phone/tablet) and water to the online sessions as well as comfortable clothing (you don’t want to be practising your breath work in super-skinny-barely-breathe-jeans!).

If you have specific material you wish to work on, please bring this, however this is not compulsory.
